Main Responsibilities:

·    Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories.
·    Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance.
·    Study and analyze the customers & consumers’ categories, purchasing habits, life habits, needs, desires and motivations that pushing them to buy.
·    Guide the sales team to the potential sales opportunities in the different channels, putting into consideration the market changes.
·    Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries.
·    Responsible to conduct market visits at regular periods to ensure adherence to company’s standards and effective utilization of Merchandise collaterals for all channels.
·    Supervises on the deployment of all merchandising material across the different trade channels.
·    Ensures customer compliance with all contractual agreements in different channels & outlet types.
·    Tracks & reports all competitor trade marketing activities & evaluates its impact on the brands performance.
·    Assist in developing & executing consumer promotions in all/ specific trade channels when needed.
·    Responsible for approving customer claims versus planned activities.
·    Attend events/fairs, introducing company’s products, provide information and collect comments and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Negotiation skills required to drive company objectives
  • Strong knowledge of consumer industry
  • Team management
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
  • Computer Skills: MS Word, MS Excel Skills, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook Skills Advanced.

Location:
Head Office and Locations.

Workdays:
5 Working days.
