The World Organization for Animal Health and the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture accredited Al Watania Poultry Egypt a facility free of bird flu

The World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) officially announced that Egypt is among the list of countries that adopt the system of facilities free from bird flu, to allow these companies through this system the opportunity to export again for poultry (day old chicks – table eggs – hatching eggs – fattening mothers – frozen) .

The approval of “Al Watania Poultry Egypt” as a facility free from bird flu came thanks to God Almighty, and then with the efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture as a result of applying the highest stringent international standards – performance and bio-security measures by Al Watania Poultry Company and for it trained technical staff at the highest level internally and externally, and this is supported by All infrastructure that has been designed with great care and with which the preventive dimension between the stations has been taken into consideration, the selection of station locations in remote desert areas, as well as the equipment and equipment owned by Al Watania Poultry Egypt in accordance with the highest international standards, in addition to the laboratories it has at the highest level of equipment and examination; Which had a great impact in keeping the site free from bird flu.

This accreditation is considered as a visa to re-export poultry products again after a 14-year hiatus, before which Egypt was one of the leading countries in exporting poultry products to more than 11 African and Asian countries.
